The course also includes a free attempt at the globally recognised PRINCE2 Foundation exam

Target audience

The ‘Becoming a Project Manager’ course is aimed at current and aspiring project managers or professionals who manage projects. It is also relevant to other key staff involved in the design, development and delivery of projects. Delegates may be recent graduates, have been made redundant or are seeking a career change.


No pre-existing knowledge of project management is required to attend.

Assessments & Certification

In order to gain globally recognised certification, learners will be required to pass the PRINCE2® Foundation certification exam from This is an open book 60 minute exam with 60 multiple choice questions and requires a 55% pass mark. The course fee includes one free attempt of this exam.
